Q: Are you insured and bonded?

A: Yes, we carry full liability insurance and all our employees are covered by workers compensation. We also perform background checks on all employees and thoroughly train them with the Student Suds system for every cleaning process. Q: Can pressure washing my house damage it or my landscape?

A: Yes, that’s why Student Suds employees are trained on the appropriate pressure, tools, and technique for each surface. It is very important that the correct spray nozzle and pressure are used. Also, any chemicals we use are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

Q: Will your ladders damage my siding or gutters?

A: No, we use ladder stabilizers that rest on your roof when doing eaves and have rubber padding for protection when on siding.

Q: How do you wash my windows?

A: Windows are washed by getting right up and personal. After all, you can’t clean what you can’t see! We use a super absorbent microfiber shammy soaked in our special solution, followed by a high grade rubber squeegee rinse. Care is taken to wipe the edges and the window sill. Clients rave about our ability to get windows their cleanest and streak free!

Q: How do you clean eavestroughs (gutters)?

A: Depending on the steepness of your roof, we either do them via roof top or from our ladders. It’s not a one method fits all kind of job. Depending on the type of debris, we may scoop it out by hand, give it a low pressure wash, use industrial wet/dry vacuums, or a combination of these methods.

Q: What if my downspouts are clogged?

A: We check to see if downspouts are flowing properly and guarantee that they do. Sometimes they need a simple flush, while other times a segment of the downspout (usually at the top elbow joint) needs to be removed and emptied when the clogs are more compact.
